Are you interested in opening your home to an international student this summer? Join our Summer Homestay Program and help create meaningful memories for Japanese students visiting Victoria, BC!
Hosting a student is a unique and rewarding experience. It’s more than just providing a place to stay—it’s about sharing cultures, forming friendships, and offering young visitors a chance to experience Canadian life in a warm and welcoming environment. At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about Japanese customs and create connections that often last well beyond their stay.
🏠What We’re Looking For:
We are currently seeking families in the Greater Victoria area to host Japanese students participating in our short-term summer programs. Here are the basic requirements:
- 📆 Short-term stays (mostly less than one month)
- 🛏️ Private bedroom provided for each student
- 🍽️ 3 meals per day included
- đźš™ Initial pick-up and final drop-off required
- đź’¬ Homes without other Japanese speakers preferred
Whether this would be your first time hosting or you’re a returning host family, we’d love to welcome you to our homestay community!
