This summer has been an incredibly special one for our students, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our amazing host families.

From sharing daily meals to exploring Victoria together, you opened your homes and hearts to welcome students from around the world. For many of them, this was their first time living abroad, and the warmth and care you provided made all the difference in helping them feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home.

We know that hosting can bring both joyful and challenging moments, and we deeply appreciate the patience, kindness, and flexibility you’ve shown. Whether it was enjoying conversations at the dinner table, taking students on family outings, or guiding them through daily routines, each experience created lasting memories that our students will carry back to their home countries.

We are also grateful for the feedback you’ve shared with us. Both the fun stories and the challenges help us continue to improve our programs and support host families better in the future.

As we look back on this summer, we are reminded once again that our homestay program is built on community — and our host families are at the very heart of it.
